A $4.9 million home for sale on the shores of Lake Champlain in the heart of the state’s Capital Region may look like something from the 1950s, but it has been in the making for more than two decades.

The 6,000-square-foot, three-story home sits on a lot that’s been used by the same family for over a century.

But the home is now being offered for $4,9 million.

It’s the largest sale in the country this year, according to Fox News.

The listing is for the home in Hartford, Connecticut, on the outskirts of the Connecticut city.

Fox News reported in December that the house, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was bought in 2012 by the Cogans.

It was built in 1879 and is the oldest of six homes in the home.

The property is owned by John Coggan, who has lived in the house since it was built, according the listing.

The Cogan’s oldest son, Thomas Coghan, said in a statement that his family has owned the house for the past four decades.

“We are proud to have built a home that has stood the test of time for more people than we could count,” he said.

Thomas Cogyan said that he hopes to purchase the home sometime next year.

It will be up for sale for $2.8 million.
