Atlanta Botanical Gardens is opening a new botanical facility in the heart of Atlanta.
The plant and botanical display facility will be located at the Atlanta Botanic Gardens and the Georgia Aquarium.
The facility is expected to open this summer, according to a press release.
The new plant and exhibit will house the Georgia-themed and botanic gardens, including a botanical exhibit and a botanic garden with live plants and insects, which will be housed in a separate, dedicated exhibit area.
“We are thrilled to bring this exciting new space to Atlanta,” said Andy Smith, executive director of the Georgia Botanic Garden.
“The Atlanta Botanics have been creating a botanically accurate and unique collection of botanical specimens and plants for generations, and this facility will help us continue to make our plants more accurate, more accurate and more accurate in nature.
We look forward to celebrating our Atlanta roots in the new botanic facility with our guests, as well as our Georgia neighbors.”
The Georgia Aquaria will also continue to grow its botanical collection at the new plant facility, the Atlanta Aquarium Botanical Garden said.
The Atlanta Aquaria Botanical Collection will be available to the public beginning in September 2018.
